BUDO WARRIORS KIDS PROGRAMME
The Budo Warriors Kids Programme is a structured, fun, and transformative journey designed for children aged 7 to 12. Developed by Osteopath and Master of Strength & Conditioning, Dr. Jon Marshall, this programme blends martial arts with physical conditioning and life skills to help children thrive.
Dr. Jon Marshall also holds the rank of Shihan (Master, 7th Dan) in two different Aikido styles and is the only official affiliate of Jean Jacques Machado Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Southeast Asia. His rare combination of clinical expertise, athletic development, and deep martial tradition makes this programme unlike any other.
PURPOSE
WHAT MAKES BUDO WARRIORS UNIQUE?
Unlike typical martial arts or sports programmes, our curriculum is built on three powerful pillars:
Martial Excellence
A hybrid of Aikido and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) — two martial arts that develop body awareness, self-defence, control, and non-aggressive conflict resolution.
Youth-Focused Strength & Conditioning
A professionally designed fitness component focusing on agility, coordination, flexibility, and strength — safe and age-appropriate to support growing bodies.
Character & Life Skills Development
Each month introduces a new life skill — like focus, perseverance, or leadership—woven into training, discussion, and home reflection.
